Environmental Policy

We consolidate our success by taking into account all factors resulting from the context of our operations and by considering the decisions we take from the point of view of the recipients and users of our products, our employees, suppliers and contractors, as well as other parties connected to the activities of our company.

For us, the inviolable foundation of the market and economic success is the perfect implementation of business and quality-related processes while meeting all applicable compliance requirements, directly and indirectly related to reducing the negative impact on the environment.

Our environment-related activities are focused on the improvement of environmental results and are carried out by way of the continuous development of the Environmental Management System based on the requirements of the PL-EN ISO 14001:2015 standard.

The efficient functioning of the Environmental Management System allows us and our Customers to reduce any negative impact the business activity may have on the environment, in the scope and on the area corresponding to our current technical and financial capacities.

In order to attain the aforementioned objectives, we:

• continuously improve the competencies, including the skills of our employees regarding the care for the environment,
• raise the environmental awareness of the persons who work under our supervision,
• share and popularize the environmental policy, objectives and tasks, as well as the adopted standards of conduct on all levels of the management and across all positions,
• implement state-of-the-art technical and organisational solutions related to the reduction of the impact on the environment,
• analyse, monitor and supervise the environmental impacts as part of the implementation of the environmental management programmes

The responsibility for the joint implementation of this Policy is adequately distributed among all employees – everyone is assigned tasks and granted powers, and the relevant operational criteria are specified and effectively communicated.

Seeing the Environmental Management System as an efficient tool of implementation of our Policy, I ensure the provision of appropriate conditions and resources, as well as the support for and personal commitment to following and maintaining the System, which should guarantee that the established objectives are achieved.
